MyMaths homework is now online for the children to complete. This week it reflects the work that we have been doing on adding and subtracting fractions.
Spelling Homework
Year 3/4 spellings
All the spellings this week are homophones. We looked at what a homophone was and then used cryptic clues to identify which spelling of the word went with which definition. The children will need to learn the spelling as well as the definition to get the word correct.

Year 5/6 spellings
This week the focus is on words that contain the or sound spelt or. We looked at the words, split them into the different syllables they contain and then identified any tricky parts of the word.
