Physical Activity Advent Calendar
As part of our commitment to ensuring our children are physically and mentally healthy we would like to share this Physical Activity Calendar with you.

Once you click on the link you will see different calendars aimed at different ages and interests. Click on the door number and it will take you to another page where there is a video of the activity. The activity is explained and then timed for 30 seconds. All the activities are led by young leaders from Harrogate High School. A new door is opened each day and will remain open for the rest of December so you can revisit the activities anytime you want.
