Open Morning 17.10.19
The open morning was very well attended today, with new parents being offered the opportunity to see our school at work. Our volunteers  Ava, Eva, Edie and Daisy did an incredible job of giving guided tours of the school to parents, visiting each class as well as offering parents the opportunity to see our Forest school at work. We were very proud of all the children and their behaviour, we received many compliments from our visitors on our children and their confidence and enthusiasm. A huge thank you to the staff, volunteers and the PTA who have worked incredibly hard to make the morning the success it was. A special thanks to Sharon our cook for all the delicious homemade cakes, breads and pizzas she made for our visitors.

Today we enjoyed a What an exciting week at Saint Nicholas! It was lovely to see the children so excited after the visit to school from Power Down Pete. Our school council are now trained up in helping us to be more envirnmentally friendly at school.
The library lunch was a great success. Thank you to Mrs Hatch for organising the library lunch and to Sharon for the fantastic food she served as always. It was lovely to see parents in school and with the children using the library.
Have a lovely weekend, enjoy the UCI as it comes through the village.
