Miss Mandelson and Mrs Clegg - 02 Feb 2021

Welcome to Fabulous February
Whatever this month has in store for us, we are the Tigers and we shall get through it together!  We start February with Children's Mental Health Week.  This year the theme is 'Express Yourself'.  Visit our dedicated webpage (see School News and Events) for lots ideas about how you can join in.  How do you like to 'express yourself'?  Send us a photo and, if you are happy to share, we shall post it here on the Tiger Class page...

Here are just some of the different ways that the Tigers chose to get creative for Wellbeing Wednesday:

There was dancing, playdough modelling, splashing in puddles, colouring, yoga, making cards for those we miss...and even a trip to Mexico!  How did you express yourself for Children's Mental Health Week?  Keep sending your photos - there's room for more...

The Colour Monster also helped us to get creative whilst exploring our feelings at the same time.  It was a busy day.  If you did not get time to try all the activities on offer, click below to revisit them:

Exploring Number Sense with the Numberblocks
Inspired by watching the Numberblocks 'stampolining', our Reception children have found different ways to stamp their own number shapes:
