Miss Mandelson and Mrs Clegg - 17 Dec 2020

We made it!

Well, we have got to the end of the Autumn Term and what a busy one it has been!  We are so proud of all our Tigers and how well they have coped with school during these unusual times.  Their enthusiasm and love of learning shines through and is a real joy to witness each day.

This week has been a lot of fun as we have had a more relaxed week with time to finish off various projects whilst also taking part in Christmas activities, including a virtual pantomime with popcorn and choc ices!  We do hope you enjoy seeing some of the results when the children bring home their folders today.  We also hope that everyone has been able to access their child's email account to receive the Nativity powerpoint.  Unfortunately the file was too large to upload onto the website but here is a reduced version for you to enjoy:

You can also see our short movie version on the School News and Events page of the website.  Just let us know if you experience any technical issues and we shall do our best to help.

Despite the awful weather earlier in the week, we managed to get outside for plenty of fresh air.  On Tuesday we discovered this little visitor to our school grounds...

He wasn't looking too happy so Mrs Millions called a lady she knows who rescues animals to come and collect him.  Well done to Alexander who kindly gave up the box he had used for a model he had made, so that we could make a cosy home for our prickly friend to travel in.

Thursday was full of festive fun with both our Christmas party and Christmas lunch!

We hope you all have a restful, safe Christmas and that Santa brings you everything you are hoping for!

Take care and we will see you on Tuesday 5th January.

Best wishes, the Tiger Staff Team
